Control Room B, Battersea Power Station

We loved working along side Mace and Clipfine on the Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station. The largest brick structure in Europe with it's significant Art Deco design has made it an iconic presence on the London skyline.

Here we built Control Room B for Inception Group a unique looking bar with the backdrop of the power stations control panel. Our team of metal fabricators worked alongside the designers to create a fully metal freestanding and self supporting structure that's industrial look fits in perfectly with it's surroundings.

The Parakeet, Kentish Town

Formally the Oxford Tavern located on the bustling high street of Kentish Town. The Colombo Group asked us to help them sympathetically renovate the space into food focused Parakeet.

We modernised the kitchen to the Michelin star level expected by the former chefs of Brat with a dining space to match combining the old character of the former pub and adding elements such as a central stained glass ceiling dome, private oak dining booths and a renovated parquet floor. We created a whole new restroom area in the basement updating all the plumbing, electrics and installed a new HVAC system throughout the three floors. Decorating the whole frontage of the exterior of the building.

Foggs Pawnbrokers, Soho

Located in the heart of Soho we brought to life all the elements of the design brief from the ground up. With our custom made cabinetry we created a bar mimicking the glazed counter top of a pawn shop adored with trinkets and jewellery. The Textiles Room which has an additional bar and all the walls and ceiling are covered with fire rated rugs and fabrics making for a unique space. We installed a whole new HVAC system, plumbing and electrics and decorated the building throughout including the exterior.

Cahoots, Soho

This 1940's train station themed bar was a full build project over an 18 week schedule, working closely with lead designers; Finch Interiors. This included major structural alterations and even tunnelling under Kingly Court, to connect to the adjacent venue! Our dedicated team saw the build right the way through to final decoration and handover, for the latest of Inception Groups prestigious west end bars.

Foggs Apothecary, W1

The latest addition to the 80 Days Around The World themed cocktail bars is Fogg's Apothecary; opposite the iconic Claridge's this site had been closed for 2 years during which time had suffered a devastating flood meaning entire floor needed removing and re-screeding with an environmentally friendly product called ECOSCREED. One of the original features of the venue we wanted to retain were arches underneath the street but unfortunately they were suffering from multiple leaks so to rectify them we used Sika a waterproof tanking product followed Gunite to strengthen and protect the arches.

Once the ground work was complete we began to build this elegant Victorian apothecary with traditional style and design of that era such as wall panelling, eccentric wallpaper, oak herringbone flooring, fireplaces and authentic tile patterns to help transport the guest to a time gone by.

NY Fold, Hackney

This American themed pizza restaurant is situated in the heart of Hackneys most up and coming, quickly developing areas, and has opened inside a brand new multi purpose building opposite London Fields. It was certainly a challenge to create a venue that had a ‘lived in & established feel’ within a new building, but after our team who worked closely with the client and the design team, we carried out a full installation from HVAC, electrical and plumbing, commercial kitchen installation and dress, and we handed over an amazing restaurant with bags of character!

Maggie's, Chelsea

After over 15 years of trade Maggie's had established itself as the go to bar in the heart of Fulham Road. The 80's themed bar asked us to give it a much needed renovation and we put together everything 80's we could think of to give this retro disco-themed night club the face lift it deserved. A digital back bar, resin bar top with 80's cassettes, fish tank, back lit walls and it's very own Terminator to greet customers as they walk in. Along with the aesthetics we modernised the electrics, plumbing and air conditioning so that Maggie's can continue long into the future.

London Gin Club, Soho

Built in 1785 this historic landmark is nestled in the heart of Soho. Originally a traditional tavern before Ambrose Forte took over in 1933 then many years later it became the London Gin Club which has been frequented by cultural icons visiting the area such as David Bowie and Bob Dylan.

Along with the design team our aim was to retaining it’s charming period features and sympathetically renovated this prestigious building back to it’s former glory with a modern construction installation. The once complete, we meticulously made everything we'd added look aged and worn as not to stand out and look like it had always been there.

Now a bustling bar with over 100 handcrafted gins and cocktails The London Gin continues to live up to it iconic reputation.
